When I was little and we took big trips, whether we were flying or on lengthier car trips, my mom always had an arsenal of “presents” tucked away in a tote bag, kept for just the right moments (usually small toys, sticker books, paper dolls, car bingo, etc.) Well, Louis Vuitton has gone and designed their own set of couture paper dolls, and I’m half-tempted to print a few out at our last hotel to play with on our flight back from Europe.
The famous design house collaborated with Australian illustrator Kerrie Hess and stylist Kim Hersov to create these darling watercolor dolls and their trendy spring wardrobes. The outfits’ designs were taken from Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection. You can download the fashion plates for free online here.
I also think they’d make awesome framed “prints” in an office or styled closet. DIY project!
